1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

2. Listing Rules

All listings must be legal, accurate, and comply with Somali law. Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, weapons, and illegal substances.

3. Payments & Escrow

Jaalle provides escrow services for buyer protection. Escrow fees are 1% of the transaction amount. Funds are released after buyer confirmation or after 7 days automatically.

4. User Conduct

Users must treat each other with respect. Harassment, fraud, and scams will result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jaalle is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality of goods or services listed by third-party sellers.
